Description

Sida cordifolia Bala powder is a perennial subshrub of the mallow family Malvaceae native to India. It has naturalized throughout the world, and is considered an invasive weed in Africa, Australia, the southern United States, Hawaiian Islands, New Guinea, and French Polynesia. The specific name, cordifolia, refers to the heart-shaped leaf.

Enriched with raw and promising ingredients. Rich in antioxidants. It has a wide range of health benefits and must be included in our daily food. Sida cordifolia is applied directly to the skin for numbness, nerve pain, muscle cramps, skin disorders, tumors, joint pain (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), healing wounds, ulcers, scorpion sting, snakebite, and as a massage oil. Bala helps to control the symptoms of respiratory system problems like cough and cold. This is because it helps to balance Kapha and expel out the mucus from the lungs. It also helps to increase immunity due to its Rasayana (rejuvenating) property.
